Activity Program

Gömbe, once used by the Yörük people as a summer highland pasture, lies about 70 kilometres from Kaş. Our jeeps take us through cedar forests up to 1,800 metres, towards two natural wonders: Yeşil Göl and the Uçarsu Waterfall. We stop for fresh tea at a village coffee house along the way, then leave the vehicles at a certain point and continue on foot to Yeşil Göl, a volcanic lake. This remarkable crater lake greets us with its green stillness. After cooling off in its ice-cold water, we move on to Uçarsu. We capture the purity of this small waterfall with our cameras and return to the vehicles. After lunch at a centuries-old watermill, we drive back to Kaş via the town of Kalkan, admiring the striking colours of the sunset. The tour starts at 09:00 and ends at 18:30.
