You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the tour start date. To cancel, log in to your account and go to "My Reservations" or call our customer service. A 50% deduction applies for reservations with less than 7 days remaining.
You can pay by credit card, debit card and bank transfer. We offer 6 installments on credit cards. There is also an option to pay a 50% deposit 30 days before the tour date, with the remaining amount due on the tour day.
Most of our tours are family-friendly. Age limits and difficulty levels are specified on each tour page. We also have specially designed tours for families with children. For detailed information, you can check the tour page or contact us.
The required equipment list for each tour is stated in your reservation confirmation email and on the tour detail page. Generally, comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle are recommended. For tours requiring special equipment (e.g., rafting, skiing), all equipment is provided by us.
Free transfer from certain points is included in most of our tours. Transfer points are listed on the tour detail page. An additional fee may apply if you request transfer from a different location. For hotel transfer, simply share your hotel details during reservation.
Safety is our priority. If weather conditions prevent the tour from continuing, the tour is postponed or a full refund is given. In cases of light rain, the tour may continue and participants are informed in advance.
We offer both options. Our group tours take place on specific dates with a minimum number of participants. Private tours are planned according to your preferred date and group size. Contact us for your private tour requests.
Personal accident insurance is included in all our tours. You can purchase an additional package for more comprehensive travel insurance. Health insurance is mandatory for our international tours and is included in the package price.
