1. General Terms

By using this website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms of use. Xanthos Travel reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. Your continued use of the site means that you accept the updated terms.

2. Description of Services

Xanthos Travel is a tourism company offering nature tours, boat tours, diving activities and similar outdoor experiences in and around Kaş. Through our website, you can access tour information, make bookings and contact us.

3. Booking Conditions

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Tour programs may change depending on weather conditions.
  • A tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
  • Participants must be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the tour start time.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Up to 7 days before: Full refund
  • 3-7 days before: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund
  • For tours cancelled due to weather conditions, a full refund is given or an alternative date is offered.

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in our tours is entirely voluntary. Participants acknowledge that outdoor activities, by their nature, involve certain risks. Although Xanthos Travel takes safety measures, it accepts no liability for situations arising from participants' own negligence.

6. Health

Participants declare that they have the physical fitness required for the tour. Participants with a chronic illness, pregnancy or health problems must inform us before booking.

7. Use of Photos and Videos

Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes with the participants' consent. If you do not want your photos to be used, simply let us know before the tour.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, logos, designs) belongs to Xanthos Travel and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of a dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Antalya have jurisdiction.
